Komentarze : NEW REBUILT ENGINE, NEW TORQUE, REPAIRED TRANSMISSION Detailed Description : 1977 KOMATSU D355A S/N 2677 HAS FULL U BLADE WITH TILT, REAR 4 BBL SINGLE SHANK RIPPER, U/C IS APPROX. 50%, HAS NEW 0 HOURS KOMATSU ENGINE HAS BEEN REBUILT, MACHINE IS READY TO WORK WE HAVE SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS MACHINE. WE DID THE FOLLOWING WORK AS FOLLOWS: disassemble engine and torque converter for 355 dozer, torque was bad changed entire back housing. changed all gaskets on back housing, changed oil pan gasket, checked both rod and main bearings, removed the oil pump and checked the oil pump out, went through the after cooler, installed after cooler on engine, replaced rear engine oil seal, rebuilt and sealed pto gear box, changed steering pumps, changed turbo necks for after cooler, installed back water manifold, installed new o-rings on water manifold, installed new torque driveline seals and gaskets, installes cylinders, installed crossbar and crossbar knuckle, put new hydraulic oil and filters, new engine oil and filters, new antifeeze (Dex-Cool)and filters, new transmission oil and filters, new steering filters, installed two track guards and two sprocket guards, installed two new 8-D batteries, installed new postive battery cable, went through the transmission coolerand the torque converter cooler, fioxed ripper controls, installed ripper tilt cable, installed three belt pulleys instead of two belt pulleys, installed three new hydraulic hoses, fixed and repaired radiator brackets and guards, installed alternator belt, rewired over halfthev wiring on the dozer,adjusted transmission linkages, installed floor boards, packed ripper cylinder, put new o-rings on hydraulic hoses, retightened ripper brackets, installed and tightened sprocket segment bolts, fixed transmission leak, installed new gaskets and o-rings, installed good 355 torque converter, used good muffleroff 155 to install on 355
