Komentarze : This machine was designed from a Yoder design but, was custom built by a mill house in Birmingham, AL. in 2006 to be a much more heavy duty machine then any that is made by Yoder. This machine has only run about 10,000 lbs of coil and is like brand new. It has 16 stands that are all gear driven not chain driven. The rollers are currently tooled to bend/press out roofing panels or hurricane shutters. They can be change out to bend/press out different configurations pending the application. The stands are adjustable as well. This machine will run all thicknesses down to 16 gauge steel with very little adjustment. The horizontal center is 28" and the verticals adjusts from ~ 4.5" - ~ 8.5". It is powered by 480 three phase and can put out 120' / min. of material. The machine has a hydraulic flying cut off shear powered by a 25 HP motor. The machine has an AMS XL 200 controller. The computer head can be remote programed for each job from a P/C. The price includes the electric decoiler. However, it is unknown if the electric motor on the decoiler even works because it has never been used. They would just let the rollform machine pull the coil off of the decoiler. Located in Cape Coral, FL. Call 407-259-7775.
